How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6 to 12 months out, and peak season Saturdays (May through October) go first. That said, if your date is coming up soon, still reach out. If I'm available, I'm flexible and happy to make a shorter timeline work.

Do you travel outside NYC?

Based in Brooklyn, the NYC metro area is my home turf. I regularly travel for weddings, having spun events in Boston, Providence, the Hudson Valley, and more. For events outside of NYC, travel/lodging is quoted per event, dependent on event details.

Question 3

What equipment do you bring?

Full professional setup: DJ rig, PA speakers sized to your room, and wireless mics for the ceremony and toasts. If your venue has a house system, I can plug in and pass the savings along.

Question 4

Do you MC?

It's included if you want it. Introductions, announcements, timeline coordination with your planner and photographer. Clear and warm, never cheesy. If you'd rather bring in a dedicated MC, I'm happy to work alongside them too.

What does a wedding DJ package cost?

Packages typically start around $2,000, and the exact number depends on your venue's sound setup, coverage hours, and whether I'm bringing a full rig or plugging into a house system. Reach out with your details and I'll put together a quote.

Question 6

How do deposits work?

Accepted Answer

A signed agreement and a 25% deposit lock your date. Balances are due leading up to the event day, and I accept ACH, Zelle, Venmo, and check.

Question 7

What if we have to cancel or move the date?

Life happens, so let's talk as early as possible. If you cancel more than two weeks out, we can usually apply your deposit to a new date. Inside two weeks of the event, the full fee is due.

Can you handle a multicultural crowd?

Accepted Answer

Musically, absolutely. Salsa, bachata, merengue, Afrobeats, amapiano, dancehall, hip-hop, R&B, house, and the classics, blended so everyone in the room stays on the floor. I MC in English but for a fully bilingual MC experience, I recommend pairing me with a dedicated MC.
